HBT Doggy Booth & Crazy Booth this Saturday!

It's going to be a busy Saturday for my assistant Leah and I!
First we'll have the HBT Doggy Booth at DAWGDOM from 11-4pm during Chowderfest. We'd love to see you and your 4-legged family members! We will be raising funds for a fence at the Saratoga Dog Park!


Then in the evening the HBT Crazy Booth will be at the Hatties 10th annual Mardi Gras to benefit Saratoag Bridges. Fun night of Hatties yummy food, drink, silent auction and the fab sounds of Soul Session.

It's been an exciting beginning to 2011! First we have a new addition to our family! Tula Tallman! She is another rescue from Puerto Rico. We adopted her from the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA. It's the same shelter Taco came from and I used to work there as an adoption counselor.
It only took a few days for her to feel at home (she's laying in my lap right now with her chin on my arm : ). We're generally not "small dog people" but being that Taco is in his senior years and special needs we felt a little one would be best. Taco and her are doing great together! We're so happy!




We also moved into a new studio!! We're now located at 48 Beekman St. (right next to my old space)in the Saratoga Artist district. It's a much larger space so we now will be offering studio sessions (HBT Photo style)! Stay tuned for more details and examples of studio sessions on the blog.
It's not finished yet but here's a few quick snaps.
This is facing the shooting wall. We went with chalk board paint for the first look. I'm sure I'll change it up later in the year. Of course we'll also be using various backdrops : )

We're also working on a new blogsite! We'll have all our galleries and HBT Photo info in one location on the web. Very excited as it's being designed by the fabulous Lis Design.
